Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is not a perishable, customized, or final sale product.
- You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., syrups, jellies, powders).
- Opened or used items.
- Items not in their original packaging.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via info@tamamsupplies.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Await return approval and return instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided (at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- If your refund is delayed, please contact your payment provider or bank for processing timelines.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@tamamsupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with the images and your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return as appropriate.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without it.
